Cookies for Santa

Christmas keeps getting better :) We made our cookies for Santa! We went to Grandmamas house, and she help Logan and Aiden make their special cookies for Santa :D









And here are our finished cookies :) Yes Grandmama made most of them! But we all help make some too.

Making Gingerbread Houses :)

Here are some pictures of our Gingerbread Houses. I now realized I didnt get get very many pictures. I also didnt take a good after picture of the houses either. But we had a great time making them! :) I wish I could get the videos up on here! We got a video too. I love Christmas and all the great things we get to do :D





But as you can tell he had a fun time making it :)

Stockings!

Yayyyy! We made our very first Christmas Stockings :) And they turned out so great. We went to the Dollar store and got everything we needed. It was so much fun. I can not wait for this weekend we are going to make ginger bread house. Christmas is definitely one of my favorite times of the year. We took a video of Logan making it, but I havent tried putting a video on here yet so I think I will try that later today, once I upload the video to my computer!







And here are our final stockings :) Turned out pretty cute huh?? They are hanging over our fire place right now! I need to get a picture with the tree and our stockings over the fireplace together! That would be a very cute picture! again I love Christmas!!! :D

Yay! for Christmas!

I got an early Christmas present yesterday! It is a Sony Bloggie! I have the best boyfriend :) I have been talking about how I really need to get one of those small camcorders that you can take with you and I would be able to record more of the cute things Logan does! And lately all I have been talking about is how I wish I had one to record him opening presents on Christmas, because it will be a big deal now that he is getting older. Eric being the amazing guy he is actually bought me one, and he let me open my gift early!! So that will definitely help me capture moments of his life and update this. Especially because the main reason I am making this is so I can keep Eric updated with me and Logan when he is in Afghanistan. Oh and not only is it a camcorder but its a camera too! Yayy! because my camera isnt going to make it much longer!

Logan's new animal friends :)

What a wonderful day we had :) Let me just explain a normal day at our house.
We typically wake up pretty late.

Eat breakfast.
Its followed by A Lot of Sponge bob episodes.(Or what every movie he is into at the moment)
Then we do lunch.
And that is followed by playing with toys.
A great day for a 2 year old but nothing exciting.

By then its almost 2pm and I have to go to work.

Well today we work up early and decided we would do something productive. So Logan, Eric, and I decided to take walk to a redbox in Food City and get a movie :) Well in the Food City they had the 25 cent machines where Logan got all of these little colorful animals! This was probably the best $2 we have ever spent. He loved the animals so much! He will probably play with them every day until Christmas! He was so cute and happy the rest of the day!  After we left food city we stopped at Dairy Queen because it was on the was home. So we had lunch and since he was so great, Eric bought him ice cream! Hahaha lets just say he loved his chocolate ice cream :) Then after that he got to spend some time with Sweet Grandma Ginger and Grandpa John! (and yes he asked to take his new animal friends with him) It was a very fun day :) We have decided once a week we will go for a walk, to the park, a store, just around the neighbor, anything to get us out of the house and do something! I think I speak for all of us when I say we had a blast. :D

Pictures!

We Finally got pictures done together! I love them so much :) I have taken Logan to get his pictures done by himself, but I have never even thought about getting professional pictures with him. My family went to get our pictures done, and my dad suggested doing a picture with just me and Logan. I must say I loved it!!! They turned out great! I can not wait to hang these pictures on my wall! I am definitely taking him to get pictures done with me after this busy Christmas season is over. :) I also need to work on getting him to smile better for pictures. He is so serious whenever anyone is taking pictures! I need to work on that!

You may not be the only reason I smile, but you are definitely my favorite reason for smiling :) Words can not describe how much you mean to me. You are my word I love you so much. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me. I am so glad I have you. 

Being a younger mom means we met a little early, but I get to love you a little longer. People said my life would end if I had a baby, but my life just began. You didn't take away my future you gave me a new one ♥

Getting started!

I want to make a blog to have something to track what is going on in Logans life. Im not the best at taking a lot of pictures of him and important things that go on in his life. So im hoping with this it will help me take more pictures and capture more moments of his life. It also gives me something to do at work when the phones are dead. I think its much better then surfing the internet :)

I hope this isnt something that last a couple of weeks and then I just forget about it. My Goal is to get use to in December, and then next year become more involved with this and use it all year long! Wish me luck :)
